What a experience! We did 3 dishes with Mam last evening that were absolutely delicious! Mam is a very skilled chef that takes the time to show and explain each step of preparation and cooking of the dishes. Mam will send you a list of all ingredients and instructions to prepare meats that require being marinated and answers all questions quickly. So awesome to eat authentic Thai dishes which brought back great memories of Thailand from a visit there a number of years ago.
