My girlfriend and I had an excellent time! Mam was very attentive, and clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about Thai cuisine. We were given a tour of a local market that we would have otherwise not found on our own, which was an amazing experience in itself. The cooking experience was great, friendly, and comprehensive. Mam took the time and effort to really show us the ropes, explain the ingredients/methods, and answer any questions and concerns we had throughout the experience.
