My daughter and I spent evening cooking with Mam at her home. She was not only an incredible teacher but also a very kind, knowledgable and industrious lady with a wonderful sense of humour. We were lucky enough to meet her lovely family as well and gain a no -touristy glimpse into a life of a Thai family. I loved Mam’s no nonsense and determined approach about running her own business.
