We did a private online cooking class with Mam as a family pandemic event. We had some people in Canada & US (cooking for lunch), some people in Europe (cooking for an early dinner), and Mam in Thailand of course — pretty late for her! We did one main dish (crispy fish with Thai herbs) and one dessert (mango and sticky rice). We loved our dishes; everything was delicious and it was especially interesting, as non-Thai people, to learn new techniques and about new ingredients (& to go exploring Asian grocery stores ahead of time to do the ingredient prep). Mam was patient, fun, and adaptable to different levels of preparation of our group. Be aware that the time duration listed on the website when you book is just a guess — we went significantly over with our two dishes, which was great for us but hopefully also okay for Mam…!
